Rules and Conditions

Discount Application

•Discounts are NOT cumulative with advance payment discounts

•If you have an active discount (quarterly/semi-annual/annual), the referral discount is saved for the next period

•Discounts are automatically applied on the next invoice without an active discount

•Maximum 1 discount per referral per billing period

Validity and Requirements

•Discount validity: 12 months from activation

•Referral must be a new client (no prior contact with Nodo)

•Referral must keep the service active for at least 2 months

•If the referral cancels before 2 months, the discount is reversed

Modification Policy

Nodo Digital reserves the right to modify or cancel the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. In case of cancellation, discounts already generated will remain valid until their expiration date.

Practical Examples

Case 1: Customer with monthly payment

• Month 1: Pays normal monthly fee ($10 USD)

• Month 2: Refers 1 client → Pays with 15% OFF ($9 USD)

• Month 3: Refers another client → Pays with 20% OFF ($8 USD)

Total savings: $4 USD in 2 months

Case 2: Customer with semi-annual payment

• Months 1-6: Pays semi-annually with 15% OFF for advance payment

• During that period refers 2 clients

• Month 7: 15% discount applied for 1st referral

• Month 8: 20% discount applied for 2nd referral

• Month 9: Renews semi-annually with 15% OFF

Benefit: Referral discounts are not lost, they are applied in order after the period with active discount

Case 3: Customer refers Ecommerce plan

• First referral: Base discount 15%

• Premium plan bonus: +5%

• Total: 20% OFF on next monthly fee

• Monthly fee $15 USD → $12 USD
